About Us

I grew up in North Philadelphia with 2 brothers and a sister. My parents were ‘old school’, which included my Dad being the Head of Narcotics in the 60’s. Imagine what that was like growing up!

Through many memories and a life time of challenges my greatest honor and privilege is my marriage to Debbie, (who unfortunately passed away from Cancer) being a parent to my 4 kids and Grandparent to 5. Because of this, I feel like a MILLIONAIRE!

I am a former Division 1 athlete that had many incredible experiences of playing with and against some incredible coaches and players. I have been coaching at various levels since 1977. During that time, I always put TEACHING FUNDAMENTALS and the RESPECT for the Game, above Winning. That is how and why I have invented the following products:

BF2 – Soccer Trainer

BH2 – Basketball Trainer (Coming Soon!)

I believe a great athlete should always be in control of their NEXT MOVE. You cannot do that unless you understand what MUSCLE MEMORY and AMBIDEXTROUS means to being your BEST.

The BF2 and the BH2 will provide you with the tools along with coaching and repetitive training to reach those goals. They are the ONLY training products that are dedicated to MUSCLE MEMORY and training to be AMBIDEXTROUS. It is much easier than you think. It just takes commitment, discipline and repetition!
